- Step 1
Take kala vatana paste in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and lastly, 2 tbsp of grated cauliflower.
- Step 2
Mix and add 30 ml water and combine all the ingredients properly to make the pancake batter.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil on a fresh frying pan.
- Step 4
Pour a large spoonful of pancake batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
- Step 5
Once cooked on one side, flip and let the other side cook.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
