Steps
- Step 1
Boil 50gm egg, chop and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp chopped ginger and 2 tbsp chopped onion.
- Step 4
While mixing, add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 5
Once mixed well, add chopped boiled egg and mix again.
- Step 6
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with bread.
