Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saunte until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and cook until soft and once cooked, let it cool
- Step 3
In a blender add cooked broccoli, 2 tbsp chopped avocado, 1 tsp lemon juice and blend until smooth
- Step 4
Transfer the puree to a pan and simmer over low flame
- Step 5
Add water to adjust the consistency
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves
- Step 7
Serve warm
