Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped broccoli and water as required
- Step 3
Add black peppercorns, salt for taste and cook until soft
- Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender
- Step 5
Add cheddar cheese, mix well and simmer until all flavors combine well
- Step 6
