Steps
- Step 1
Cook 1/8 cup rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 cup grated broccoli and saute well.
- Step 4
Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 5
Season the rice with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 7
Mix again.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
