- Step 1
Heat a pan with water, bring it to a boil, add 2 tbsp brown rice and cook until done.

Drain the excess water and let it cool
- Step 3
In another pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup chopped spinach and saute until wilted
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 6
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, mix well and set aside.
- Step 7
Grease a baking dish, add the spinach mixture and press it evenly to form a crustlike layer, top it up with 1 egg and layer with cooked brown rice.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Step 9
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
