Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp buckwheat flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated paneer and water as required to knead the dough.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into a paratha and roast on both sides with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 4
Serve hot with chutney or dip.
