- Step 1
For Kibbeh Dough
In a grinder, add 1/3 cup cooked bulgur, and 30 gm potato starch and grind into the smooth dough.
- Step 2
For Chicken Stuffing
In a pan add 1/3 cup minced chicken,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp jeera powder, and 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Give a nestle twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Take the dough and divide it into equal portions. Flatten it.
- Step 5
Fill the chicken mixture in each portion and seal it.
- Step 6
Heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry the chicken kibbeh until golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
