Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp butter, pour and spread the batter.
- Step 2
Cover and cook it.
- Step 3
Spread 1/2 butter on the uttapam and flip it.
- Step 4
Cook and serve it on a plate alongwith a chutney.

For the Chutney

In a mixie, add 1.5 tbsp grated dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp chana dal, 1/2 tsp green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp salt.
