Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 cup chopped cabbage and mix well.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Add a little water, cover and cook until tender.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tbsp cooked chana dal and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sprouts
- Step 6
Serve warm with rice and dal.
