PrePreparation
Knead a soft dough using 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and water as required.
- Step 2
For Stuffing
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp of chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 4
Take a small portion of the dough, roll out into a circle and fill it with cabbage mixture.
- Step 5
fold and seal. Now, gently roll it into a paratha using a rolling pin.
- Step 6
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp butter and roast the paratha evenly on both sides.
- Step 7
Delicious cabbage paratha is ready to be served with dahi.
