Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Take 3 tbsp rice, cook and keep aside.
- Step 2
Melt 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaves, 3 black peppers, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 4
Once golden brown, add 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp fresh green peas, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and 4 tbsp chopped green cabbage
- Step 5
Allow it to cook until the vegetables are well done
- Step 6
Add the previously cooked rice, sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and give it a good mix.
- Step 7
Garnish with coriander
- Step 8
Serve hot.
