Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion, saute well.
- Step 2
Then add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, saute well.
- Step 3
Add 5 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, saute well.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Serve hot. Enjoy.
