Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 2
Add water and mix well to form a smooth thick batter.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4
Dip capsicum cubes in the batter.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying, add the capsicum cubes and fry until till crispy
- Step 6
Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
