In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup each of diced onion, green capsicum, tomato and saute.
- Step 3
Next, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and mix well.
- Step 4
Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 5
Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.
- Step 6
Finally, sprinkle a tsp of black sesame seeds on top and serve in a bowl.
