Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup diced avocado, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp sugar and mash until soft using a fork
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup grated carrots, 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 4
Mix everything well
- Step 5
