- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 5 curry leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 cup chopped carrot and 1/4 cup chopped french beans.
- Step 2
Mix well, add a little water and cook till vegetables soften
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5
Serve hot.
