Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp each of grated carrot and grated beetroot.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/4 tsp red chili powder.
- Step 3
Now add 1/8 tsp each of turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.
- Step 4
Finish off by adding 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix evenly using your hands till it turns out into a dough.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6
Make medium sized balls.
- Step 7
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add prepared meatballs.
- Step 8
Shallow fry evenly till it turns crispy and golden brown.
