Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Boil And puree 1 cup diced carrot.
- Step 2
In a pan, add 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.
- Step 3
Add pureed carrot and mix well.
- Step 4
Now, add water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli and mix well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 6
Cover and cook.
- Step 7
Turn off the heat and add 3 tbsp grated cheese on top.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
