Steps
- Step 1
First knead a dough by adding 1/8 cup wheat flour with water as required and keep aside.
- Step 2
Then, to make the stuffing, add 2 tsp of chopped cabbage, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp each of jeera, dry mango powder, salt and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Take a small portion of the dough, roll out into a paratha and fill the prepared mixture into it. Seal it.
- Step 6
Now roll it into a triangle shaped paratha.
- Step 7
In a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp ghee and roast the paratha evenly on both sides.
- Step 8
Delicious cabbage paratha is ready to serve with dahi.
