- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tsp pressurecooked chickpeas, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp chole masala, 1/4 tsp chopped red chilli, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
Mix well and shape into a round patty.
- Step 3
Give a nestle twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 4
Coat with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Step 5
In a nonstick pan heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry patty from both sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
