Steps
- Step 1
Heat pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped potato and water to cook till soft.
- Step 3
Blend the vegetables to smooth consistency.
- Step 4
To the pureed vegetable mix, add 50 ml Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated cheese and simmer for 5 mins.
- Step 5
Serve Hot.
