- Step 1
For Dumpling Stuffing
In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Wonton
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup maida,1/4 cup wheat flour,1 tsp oil, water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
- Step 4
Add filling on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then shape into the wonton.
- Step 5
For Soup
In a kadhai add water, dumpling, add carrot puree, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Cook it nicely.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
