- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 cup julienne onion, and saute until light brown.

Add 1/8 cup diced potato, 1/4 cup diced carrot and water for cooking
- Step 3
Cover and cook until it softens

Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 5
Once cooked, using a blender, blend until smooth and creamy
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp thyme and simmer for a few minutes
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 8
Serve warm
