- Step 1
For hummus, in a mixer add cooked chole, 1 tsp of white til, 2 garlic pods,1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt and blend till smooth texture.
- Step 2
Take another bowl and add prepared hummus, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp mixed herbs and 3 tsp corn flour, mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Roll the prepared mixture into small balls.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the poppers till golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with ketchup/ chutney/ salsa.
