- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped pista and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup grated carrot and cook until it softens.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp sugar and pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.
- Step 4
Flavor it with 1/4 tsp elaichi green powder, 2 kesar strands and mix well.
- Step 5
Simmer until it thickens.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 7
Serve warm or chilled
