- Step 1
In a bowl take 2 tbsp poha powder, 1 tbsp besan, 1.5 tsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp hing.

Now add 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix all the ingredients well.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 4
Pour prepared batter into the greased plate.
- Step 5
Steam it for 10 mins or until done
- Step 6
For tadka, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta and pour over the dhokla
- Step 7
Cut into desired shape and serve With mint chutney.
