Steps
- Step 1
To the prepared fermented batter, add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Pour 1 ladle batter on a nonstick tawa. Spread it into a round shape. Then add 1 tsp oil on the top & sides of it.
- Step 3
Flip & roast evenly. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
