Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup diced potato,1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/8 cup diced apple and saute.
- Step 3
Then, add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and stir well.
- Step 4
Add required amount of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Put off the heat, and puree with a blender.

Serve in a bowl.
