Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp rice and 1 tsp urad dal. Blend & ferment overnight.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt in the batter.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding moong sprouts.
- Step 4
Pour 1 ladle batter on heated pan, Spread it in round shape.
- Step 5
Then add 2 tbsp grated carrot and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves on top of the uttapam.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp oil on top and sides of the uttapam. Flip it & roast evenly,
- Step 7
Serve hot.
