Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with with 2 tsp ghee, add 1 bay leaf, 1 green elaichi, 5 raisins, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashewnuts and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp grated carrot and saute.
- Step 3
Pour 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, saffron water, 1 tbsp sugar and simmer over low flame.
- Step 4
Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 6
Serve warm.
