Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Then, add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp onion, and saute.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Step 5
Add water, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cook it. After that add 1 tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
