Steps
- Step 1
Soak and boil 1 tbsp chana dal.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tsp mustard oil, add 1/8 tsp grated garlic and boiled chana dal, saute until golden brown.
- Step 3
In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp boiled grated cauliflower, roasted chana dal and a pinch of black salt.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 5
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 6
Serve.
