Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1/2 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger & mix well.
- Step 2
Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.
- Step 3
Then add 4 tbsp chopped cauliflower, saute well.
- Step 4
Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth. Serve hot.
