- Step 1
Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp lentil dal.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp diced onion and saute.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 cup diced potato, 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 1/8 cup chopped celery leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and saute well.
- Step 4
Then add cooked dal and mix well.
- Step 5
Add water as required and allow it to simmer for 510 minutes.
- Step 6
Turn off the heat and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 8
Serve piping hot.
