Ingredients

- Step 1
Take a bowl and add 1 cup rice flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp hing,1/4 tsp haldi ,1.5 tsp white til, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd mix well and knead the dough.
- Step 3
Give a nestle twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 4
Fill dough in chakli mould and make swirls by pressing the mould.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with oil and then fry the swirls.
- Step 6
Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Step 7
Let it cool.
