Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp suji,1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil. add 1/4 tsp rai,1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta, 1.5 tbsp cooked kala chana,1/8 tsp hing and stir.
- Step 3
Add the mixture to the batter, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 5
Take the mould and brush it with 1/2 tbsp oil. Ladle spoonful's of the batter.
- Step 6
Cover and roast the appams.
- Step 7
Flip and cook both side equally.
- Step 8
Serve hot
