Steps
- Step 1
Cook 2.5 tbsp chana dal and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhaina powder and saute.
- Step 4
Now add the cooked chana dal and let it simmer.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp salt and garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
