Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Make a thick slurry with 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and water as required
- Step 2
Mix it well and keep it aside.

Heat oil for frying
- Step 4
Dip the blanched cauliflower in slurry and deep fry until crispy
- Step 5
Drain the excess oil and set aside
- Step 6
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot and toss it well
- Step 7
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, boiled 1 tbsp chana, fried cauliflower florets, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, cooked rice,1/2 tsp salt and toss them well
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle twist by adding muskmelon seeds
- Step 9
Serve it hot.
