Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp chauli overnight. Pressure cook and keep aside.
- Step 2
Steamed chopped raw banana and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 5 kadi pattas and 2 tbsp chopped onion. Sauté till onions are translucent.
- Step 5
Then add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp red chilli powder. Add little water, mix it well and allow it simmer.
- Step 6
Once it has simmered well, add 1/4th cup steamed raw banana, 2 tbsp cooked chauli and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix well and let it cook for a while.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
