- Step 1
For the filling, in a bowl, add 3 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp salt, mix well and keep aside.
- Step 2
Give a nestle twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 3
To make dough, in a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well. Knead into a soft dough using water as needed and keep aside.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten each, and roll into a round paratha.
- Step 5
Place the potato cheese filling in the center, seal the edges, and roll it gently again.
- Step 6
Heat a nonstick tawa, place the paratha on it, and roast it with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 7
Cook on both sides.
- Step 8
Serve hot with chutney or plain Nestlé A+ Curd.
