- Step 1
For Mixture
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, water if required and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix well.
- Step 4
Cover and let it cook.
- Step 5
For Dough
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 6
Knead into dough and roll out into a square shape, add the mixture and make square pockets & seal.
- Step 7
Brush the nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
