- Step 1
For mixture
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil & add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, and water and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, and some water, mix properly and allow to cook for a while.

Add 2 tbsp grated cheese on top and mix.
- Step 5
Cover with a lid and allow the cheese to melt.

For Sheet
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and water, mix and knead into a soft dough.

Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 8
Roll out the dough ball using a rolling pin and make triangle pockets.
- Step 9
Add the prepared mixture & seal the samosa.
- Step 10
Brush the samosas with 1/2 tsp oil & bake them at 180 degrees celsius for 1520 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot with chutney.
