Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 3 tbsp grated carrot and cook until soft
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and salt for taste
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, mix well and set aside
- Step 6
Next, knead a semi soft dough with 3 tbsp wheat flour, pinch of salt and water as required

Cover and rest the dough
- Step 8
Divide into equal parts, roll each into a round, cut the edges to form a square shape
- Step 9
Add a spoonful of the mixture in the centre and seal the edges
- Step 10
Heat a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp oil, place the squares and roast evenly until crisp and golden brown.

Serve hot with dip of your choice
