Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain and water as required to make a smooth batter.
- Step 2
Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Step 3
Now in a pan heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Pour the batter and roast on both sides.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese on top.
- Step 6
Allow the cheese to melt and serve hot.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
