- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, 1 tbsp boiled corn, 2 tsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well.
- Step 2
Take a portion of the mixture and shape into equal sized cutlets.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and place cutlets.
- Step 4
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
