- Step 1
In a bowl crack 1 egg, add 1 tbsp of each chopped capsicum, chopped onion, chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8 tsp salt

Whisk all the ingredients and keep aside.
- Step 3
Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp butter.
- Step 4
Pour and spread the egg mixture evenly.
- Step 5
Season the omelette with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 6
Gently flip and cook other side.
- Step 7
Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese and roll the omelette.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots.
- Step 9
Cut into half and serve warm.
