Prepreparation
Soak 1 tbsp rice for 8 hours and 1 tsp urad dal for 8 hours and grind it till smooth. Keep it overnight to ferment.

Preparation
Heat a tawa, pour the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp chopped onion, add 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp grated cheese and 3 tbsp aloo bhaji on it.
- Step 4
Now add, 2 tbsp mysore chutney and mix all masala evenly.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp oil and roast the dosa till crispy.
- Step 6
Fold the dosa and serve with chutney and sambhar..
