- Step 1
For Mixture
Heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped onion saute till golden brown.

Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, boiled mashed fresh peas, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 3
Add water if required and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, mix and cook till done.
- Step 5
For Dough
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Add water as required and knead Into dough.
- Step 7
Roll out into a round shape.
- Step 8
Add mixture and make square pockets & seal.
- Step 9
Brush the nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
