- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp chopped onion,1/2 tbsp grated carrot,1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1.5 tbsp grated cheese,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and water. Knead a dough.
- Step 2
Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.
- Step 3
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
- Step 4
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.
- Step 5
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha from both sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot with any side of your choice
